Clear terms for deposits, cancellations, and appointments.
Deposits
A deposit of £15 is required to secure your appointment. This is deducted from your final balance. Deposits are non-refundable if you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice or fail to attend.
Cancellations
We require at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations with less notice may result in loss of deposit. Repeat no-shows may be asked to pay in full in advance.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten your appointment or reschedule. Late fees may apply.
No-Shows
If you don't attend without notice, your deposit is forfeited. We may require full payment in advance for future bookings.
Patch Test
A patch test is required 24–48 hours before your first lash extensions or lash lift. This helps us check for allergies. There is no charge for patch tests.
Refills / Infills
Infills are recommended every 2–3 weeks. Sets with more than 50% retention loss may be charged as a full set. See our Pricing page.
Foreign Fills
We assess lashes from other artists on a case-by-case basis. Quality and condition must meet our standards. We may recommend removal and a full set. Contact us before booking.
